little pills

as i look ahead

to the left behind

driving through

this yellow twin line

and these little pills

keep eyes open wide

so that time will kill

keep runnin this line

been parked on the street

for a little while

so close i can keep

from getting tired

six lanes of ocean

outside the motel

still smell your red hair

that suits you so well
